Community Manager Job in Madrid
As the Community Manager of OH MY WAO, you’ll be the voice, the energy, and the cultural pulse of our agency across every digital platform
From Instagram to LinkedIn, from TikTok to Threads, you’ll turn our ideas, projects and behind-the-scenes moments into stories that connect with people and shape how the world sees us. You won’t be ‘posting content’ – you’ll be building a brand movement. Your mission: grow our online presence, spark authentic conversations, and make OH MY WAO impossible to ignore in the global creative industry
FULL TIME / FRACTIONAL
· Manage and grow OH MY WAO’s social media channels – planning, posting and engaging daily
· Craft smart, witty and visually aligned content that reflects our identity as a creative PR & communications agency
· Interact with followers, brands, creators and media to expand our digital community and reputation
· Keep track of trends, viral formats and cultural conversations to ensure our brand always feels ahead of the curve
· Collaborate with the Creative and PR teams to amplify campaigns, press features, events and talent collaborations
· Analyse content performance and use insights to improve engagement and growth
· Represent the tone, humour and disruptiveness of OH MY WAO – from captions to replies

· Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or digital communication
· Deep understanding of Gen Z and pop culture, plus curiosity for media, fashion and branding
· Strong writing skills in English – Spanish or bilingual profiles are a plus
· Creative eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics
· Organised, proactive, analytical, and full of personality
· Familiarity with tools like Notion, Later, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Final Cut Pro X or Canva

Sales Manager Job in Madrid - Business Development
As a Sales Manager at OH MY WAO, you’ll be responsible for expanding our influence, building relationships and driving the growth of one of Europe’s most disruptive creative and PR agencies
You won’t just sell – you’ll connect brands, creators and culture. Your mission is to identify opportunities, design collaborations, and transform our creative power into real partnerships with brands, media and talent around the world. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking, emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for communication, marketing and innovation
FULL TIME / FRACTIONAL
· Develop and execute sales and growth strategies to attract new clients and brand collaborations
· Identify and nurture opportunities within fashion, lifestyle, entertainment and tech sectors
· Present OH MY WAO’s creative and PR services to potential partners with clarity and conviction
· Manage relationships with clients and agencies, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration
· Collaborate closely with the Creative and PR teams to align proposals with our storytelling approach
· Build and maintain a structured pipeline using CRM tools, tracking results and conversion rates
· Represent OH MY WAO at events, networking opportunities and industry meetups
· Stay updated on marketing trends, pop culture, and brand communication strategies globally

· Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the creative or marketing industry
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and influencer marketing
· English fluency is essential; Spanish or other languages are a plus
· Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
· Results-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
· Experience using CRM systems and digital productivity tools (HubSpot, Notion, ClickUp, etc.)
